I hope all of you guys enjoyed a Servant of Two Masters, Saturday’s Merlin! As I sure did! I LOVED IT! Digital Spy have posted a recap for it.

Will Arthur never learn? This week’s Merlin begins with the King and his knights riding through the notoriously unsafe Valley of the Fallen Kings – and soon enough, dozens of mercenaries descend on our heroes. A vicious battle ensues, and tragedy strikes - Merlin is badly wounded…

Arthur helps his wounded servant to find refuge and inspects his wound. “I’ve seen worse,” he claims, but Arthur is a bad liar and Merlin knows that he’s in trouble. Arthur tells his friend that he is “extremely brave” and “incredibly loyal” – Merlin must be dying if Arthur’s being this nice!

Digital Spy have posted Ten teasers about the next episode! I’m really looking forward to this, sounds exciting! I hope there is more Gwen!

1. ”We could bring this noble creature back to life!”

2. James Callis is a great deal of fun as the gravel-voiced Borden, who shares a past with Gaius…

3. ”That is when the worms are most active!”

4. Merlin uses his magic to make Arthur’s trousers fall down.

5. Then they wrestle on the floor. No, really – this actually happens.

6. ”Tell me, Merlin, would you say you’re a good liar?”

7. ”We must hunt down this ******** and destroy the ***.”

8. There’s no sign of Gwen or Morgana this week.

9. ”You’ve a nerve coming back here – you left me in a lot of trouble!”

10. Merlin sheds a few tears before the episode’s conclusion…

Digital Spy have posted a recap for Saturday’s episode! I watched it late Sunday night so couldn’t post the recap then! I was very busy on Monday but we have it now! I’ll probably add it to the Press Archive soon! If you have not yet watched the episode [though i can't think why you wouldn't have] spoilers are below!

So Lancelot’s gone, but there’s still cause for celebration in Camelot – it’s Arthur’s birthday! Merlin is thrilled – “You’ve got dancers, jugglers and acrobats to entertain you!” he gasps. Arthur is less exuberant. The head entertainer is the Gleeman (Phil Davis – doing his best line in ‘obviously sinister’) – he’s armed with a set of daggers and plans to throw “a celebration the young prince will never forget”.
